The Company is in search of a Head of Strategic Banking Partnerships to join their team on a fractional basis. The role requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience in the banking or real estate lending sector, who can bring executive gravitas, impeccable discretion, and strong meeting facilitation skills to the table. The candidate should be fluent in topics such as credit policy, loan administration, portfolio monitoring, and risk controls, and be adept at identifying and refining value narratives based on executive priorities.
