Description :
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have impairments, cognitive and / or physical resulting from injury, disease, disability or other causes.
Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 years.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services to meet those needs.
Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources.
Two years of experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare as an occupational therapist is required.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with diverse populations are essential.
Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills are necessary.
Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations is required.
Travel is required within the designated geographic area.
