Youth Respite Direct Support Professional (DSP)

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support individuals with developmental disabilities. You empower individuals to reach their full potential. We are looking for full-time, part-time, and as-needed (PRN) team members at our Barberton Location.

You assist individuals with daily living activities.

You use electronic software to complete documentation.

You take clients to complete fun activities in the community.

You protect the health and safety of the individual and others.

You attend all paid training and team meetings.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education : At least a high school diploma or GED.

Experience :

No experience necessary

Computer Skills : Compose emails. Use various programs, including Brittco and ADP, to do job duties.

Certificates & Licenses : Valid Drivers License with five or fewer points.
