Job Description

The Project Executive's key responsibilities include :

• Lead and manage multifamily and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements on all construction sites.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and on-site teams.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
