Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a vibrant retail location, where you'll actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You'll stay visible throughout your shift, providing outstanding customer service and communication to guests and tenants. What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols and interactions.
  • Support Allied Universal management and client staff by maintaining clear communication and following all post orders and instructions specific to the retail or mall environment.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Able to ride a bike.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
