Base pay range : $114,000 – $167,000 per year
Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP Security Consultant to contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle. The consultant will be intensely involved in business process consulting, defining the problem, proposing and creating solutions, and playing a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. They will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. The consultant will help detail the project scope and shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing global needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Location : Foster City, CA, with potential travel to client projects.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship. Infosys does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of SAP Security experience, including 5+ years in S / 4HANA implementations.Strong expertise in SAP GRC, Fiori, and SailPoint.Proven experience in life sciences or pharma environments with GxP compliance.Deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts, user / role management, and audit controls.Experience leading global teams and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and validation frameworks (CSV, GAMP5).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or SAP Security.Personal Qualities

Lead SAP Security strategy and execution across S / 4HANA and integrated systems (Fiori, GRC, Ariba, BTP, SAC, etc.).Review and recommend security architecture solutions aligned with business and compliance needs.Manage and mentor a team of SAP security analysts and consultants.Conduct security workshops and drive role design, provisioning, and governance.
Collaborate with IT, audit, and business stakeholders to ensure robust access controls and segregation of duties.Maintain and enhance SAP GRC Access Control and SailPoint integrations.Oversee security roadmap development, aligning with future business and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and SOX standards.Support validation activities including documentation, SOPs, CAPAs, and traceability matrices.The role involves extended computer use and requires communication by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
