ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after a 26-year career in law enforcement, bringing with me a deep commitment to service, integrity, and community protection. I hold a bachelors degree from Midwestern State University and a masters degree from Sam Houston State University, and Im a husband and father of two sons.

Outside the office, I love fishing and staying active in the community through several organizations. Im a member of the Sugar Land Exchange Club, Vice President of Fort Bend Crime Stoppers, an officer with the Sugar Land Masonic Lodge 1141, and a board member of Behind the Badge Charities.

Our team now includes six talented members, and together weve grown into one of the top 10% producing agencies in the area. Our office is family-oriented, connected, and known for building strong relationships with one another and with our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Thad Olive - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
