Description : 2D Graphics Designer

Location : Winston-Salem, NC

Type : Full-Time, On-Site

Do you have an eye for bold visuals and a passion for design that tells a story? Salem Sports Events is seeking a 2D Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our events and brand experiences to life.

What You’ll Do

As our 2D Graphic Designer, you’ll transform concepts into impactful designs that define the visual identity of our tournaments, clients, and brand. You’ll collaborate closely with our Design Manager, Client Relationship Managers, and Production teams to deliver creative solutions that meet specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design engaging layouts and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials for clients and internal projects.
• Collaborate with teams to gather information, review concepts, and refine designs.
• Prepare final artwork for production while maintaining accuracy and file organization.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting calendar deadlines.
• Stay on top of design trends and software advancements to continually elevate your work.

Expected Hours of Work / Travel : This is a full-time position in the Winston Salem office during regular business hours. Days and hours of work are dictated by the nature of the scope of work which can include long hours and weekend work. May travel to event locations for printing, installation and application of graphics for events.
