A growing food manufacturer in the Brockton area is seeking a Sanitation Manager to lead plant sanitation efforts and ensure full compliance with USDA, FDA, and BRC standards.

Key Duties:

• Lead sanitation team and manage schedules

• Oversee compliance with HACCP, SSOP, GMP

• Train staff on safety and sanitation protocols

• Manage audits, chemical use, and documentation

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years’ experience in food manufacturing sanitation

• Knowledge of USDA/FDA and food safety regulations

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Able to work in refrigerated environments
