Program Manager, Client Success AI Day

Spanning 11 physical Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) globally, EBP delivers a portfolio of tiered executive briefings, virtual experiences, and field-based engagements that bring together customers, IT leaders, and technologists to address complex business challenges and accelerate transformation. As a Program Manager, Client Success AI Day, you will own defined, high-impact components of one of Dell's most strategic Executive Engagement Programs. This role is focused on customer acquisition execution, customer confirmation, and sales alignment, ensuring AI Day engagements are delivered with rigor, consistency, and a clear contribution to pipeline outcomes within a scoped 20-hour work week.
What You'll Achieve
You will play a critical role in driving front-end activation, attendance, and sales alignment for Dell's AI Day engagements. You will partner closely with Account Executives to promote upcoming AI Day events, identify and activate high-potential customers, convert interest into confirmed attendance, and ensure accurate CRM documentation to support follow-up, reporting, and pipeline attribution.
You Will
- Drive Account Executive outreach and activation
- Proactively engage Account Executives through 1 : 1 outreach to promote upcoming AI Day events, encourage customer nominations, and reinforce the value of AI Day as a sales engagement tool.
- Identify and activate target customers for AI Day participation
- Review historical event attendance lists and leverage tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn to identify high-potential customers and executive stakeholders for outreach and invitation.
- Execute customer outreach and event promotion
- Conduct direct customer outreach to promote AI Day events, validate interest, and encourage attendance, ensuring the right customers and decision-makers are engaged.
- Own customer confirmation and lead management
- Lead customer confirmation calls to validate attendance, objectives, and stakeholder alignment, and ensure accurate lead load and CRM documentation to support follow-up, reporting, and pipeline attribution.

8+ years of experience in program management, customer success, sales enablement, or go-to-market executionProven experience partnering with sales teams to drive customer engagementStrong customer-facing and executive communication skillsExperience using Salesforce and LinkedIn for customer targetingExperience managing CRM data, lead load, and pipeline reportingAbility to operate autonomously in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executive briefing programs or customer eventsFamiliarity with enterprise sales motions and pipeline lifecycleExperience working in a part-time or scoped roleComfort engaging with senior customer and internal executives
