As an Assembler, you will support the production of high-quality electronic and mechanical components by following detailed instructions and using hand tools and equipment to assemble, test, and inspect products.

What We're Looking For :
High school diploma or equivalentAbility to stand for 8-10 hour shiftsBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand toolsFlexibility to work in different manufacturing areas as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistanceWillingness to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environmentAbility to read and follow schematics and assembly documentationUnderstanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures preferredWhat You'll Do as an Assembler :
Assemble products or sub-assemblies using electric drivers, soldering irons, crimpers, welders, and related toolsFollow shop orders and production procedures to meet quality standardsAttend cross-training and rotate between lines as neededEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standardsMaintain a clean and organized workstationReport any quality or process issues to supervisors immediatelyUse schematics and engineering documentation to complete work accuratelyPerform testing using Hi-pot, DC / AC standards, winders, and crimping machinesExhibit above-average soldering techniques and small part assembly skillsParticipate in continuous improvement and team collaboration effortsHandle a variety of hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and power toolsAccurately document work and follow established company practices
