Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite  with our client in Palo Alto, CA . Interested?

Here's what you'd do :

• The QA Manager will ensure that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and meet customer expectations through continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO industry standards.
• Establish and maintain metrics to measure quality standards and procedures for production processes and finished products.
• Recommend quality control standards, policies, and practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality control engineers, inspectors, and technicians, conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the team.
• Ensure all products meet quality specifications as agreed by customers.
• Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate the investigation and communication of customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and certifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control activities, including inspection records, test results, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
• Provide input into proposals regarding quality and quality clauses to ensure customer requirements are met.

Here's what you'll get :

Pay $150K - $195K / year.

Hours : 40 hours / week.

Length : Direct Hire.
