Manager I / Operations Team

The Operations Team Manager I role will lead and provide guidance and direction to our Money Market / Mutual Funds & Asset Review team. This role will also work closely with senior leaders in the business to ensure consistent and superior customer service. In this position you will :

You will be responsible for supervising daily operations activities and ensuring our staff is properly developed to carry out their daily responsibilities and effectively service business partners. You will interact with associates through formal and informal means to ensure we are creating a productive, engaged workforce. You will also provide a high level of expertise to business partners and help them provide TUCE to UMB customers. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs. Our team is motivated to be self-driven and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills while controlling the progression of their career.

The Money Market / Mutual Funds & Asset Review team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. How you’ll spend your time :

• You will use problem solving skills to determine what action needs to be taken to resolve issues for our clients and team situations.
• You will need strong communication skills to interact with associates to ensure productivity and engagement is present throughout the team.
• You will have to have proactive thinking to develop controls which reduce risk to the organization.
• You will use your leadership skills to coach and develop team members

$51,480.00 - $99,330.00
