A company is looking for a Workday Analyst responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Workday system.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support the Workday system, including core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Absence
Configure and implement system changes to achieve optimized functionality and streamlined processes
Provide day-to-day system support, including troubleshooting issues and enhancing system performance
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field preferred
5+ years' progressive Workday experience in a corporate environment required
5+ years' experience developing Workday custom reports and complex calculated fields required
Strong experience with Workday administrative functions, including tenant configuration and data loads required
Experience with at least one full implementation of Workday preferred
