[job_card.job_description]Work 5x8-hour days from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM with alternating days off Alternative schedules may be considered : 4x10 hours or 3x12 hours for experienced candidates On-call requirement 1-2 days per week with 30-minute response time Work every 3rd or 4th weekend (Friday 4 : 30 PM until Monday 6 : 00 AM) Holiday coverage as needed - expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays No requested time off between Christmas and New Year's Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed per contract Floating to other units as needed Minimum 2 years CVOR experience required Open heart experience required Level I trauma experience required Required certifications : NBSTSA (no NCCT accepted), BLS EPIC experience required 30 hours of orientation provided Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours to complete) Work with adult patients only Tobacco and fragrance-free facility Manager interview required after clinical screening Skills include : angioplasty / stenting, aortic aneurysm repair, CABG, mitral valve replacement, TAVR, VAD, and other cardiac procedures Referral bonus
