An esteemed independent healthcare system, just 1 hour from Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a BC / BE Dermatologist to join their team. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes physician autonomy, offers flexibility in scheduling, and ensures an excellent work-life balance.

The Opportunity

  • Full-time or part-time options to suit your lifestyle
  • Practice general dermatology with the option to add aesthetics and cosmetic procedures
  • Collaborative team environment with an experienced APP managing skin checks and complex cases like Accutane and biologics
  • Access to advanced technology including BBL, Halo, and Skintight lasers
  • Potential to expand your cosmetic practice and increase earning potential
  • Visa sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits

  • $700K year 1 + a generously tiered wRVU productivity bonus = $800,000+ annually
  • $150,000 sign‑on bonus and paid relocation assistance
  • Eligibility for federal and state student loan repayment programs
  • 401(k) with 10% employer match plus additional deferred compensation plan
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, life, dental, vision, and disability coverage
