What you’ll take on
Own day‑to‑day field service : troubleshooting, repair, installations, and preventive maintenance for CNC machine tools.Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and light training when needed.Communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and leaders across the shop.Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity on every visit.Take full ownership of service cases and projects; keep thorough customer records and technical documentation.Pitch in on other related duties as assigned.What you bring
Hands‑on experience installing, maintaining, and / or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.Our purpose and path
