As Thrive's Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online marketing.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their HR needs and challenges.
  • Present tHRive's HR solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the tHRive team to deliver exceptional HR services to our clients.
