CIRCUIT SIMULATION ARCHITECT

JOB SUMMARY

This role is for a self-motivated technical leader for multiple circuit simulation products in the Silvaco SmartSpice line of products. Lead the specification, architecture and development of core simulator features working with a geographically distributed team of software engineers and technical managers. Hands-on technical leader with extensive experience in C / C++ building advanced circuit simulation solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to :

• Develop and manage the technical roadmap for Silvaco SmartSpice line of products within the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) business unit.
• Lead, build and develop a geographically distributed development team to achieve these objectives, including regular performance assessments and evaluation of team members.
• Working closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate technical requirements, proposals and project statuses.
• Develop technical product roadmaps that address customer requirements and ensure competitive leadership of the Silvaco SmartSpice line of products.
• Deliver software product releases in line with the product roadmap, on time and with high quality.
• Providing clear, accurate and effective written documentation.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
