A company is looking for a Senior Training and Enablement Specialist to join their Global Training and Enablement Team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a scalable onboarding program, facilitating orientation sessions and creating self-guided learning resources
Collaborate with leaders to develop role-specific onboarding pathways and materials that align with team KPIs
Manage program optimization, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility while analyzing feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in Learning and Development or Enablement, with a focus on onboarding
Experience in designing and facilitating onboarding programs for technical or customer-facing roles
Knowledge of adult learning principles and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
