Lyle Parks Jr., Construction is hiring a Construction Field Superintendent. LPJ is a 50-year-old regional general contractor that specializes in retail and mixed-use projects.

LPJ Superintendents are expected to manage site and ground up construction with multiple buildings. They must interact with clients, governing agencies, subcontractors and our office staff in a manner consistent with the LPJ culture and mission statement.

LPJ Superintendents are expected to have basic computer and office skills as well as exceptional technical and field management abilities. Our Superintendents interface on a regular basis with clients, National Tenants and design professionals and must possess superior communication skills.

LPJ projects range between $4M and $60M in size and generally include both buildings and substantial sitework. Projects are generally located in Southern and Central California.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.S or AA in a related field
• 3-7 Years of Field Construction Experience
• Retail, Hospitality, Mixed Use or Industrial Experience
• Site and or Civil Construction Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Experience and Proficiency with Procore
