Farmers Insurance in Vancouver, WA is expandingand were looking for a motivated, people-focused Full-Time Sales Producer to join our team. Youll help customers find the right coverage while building a meaningful, growth-driven career. Whether youre an experienced sales professional or brand new to the industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

No insurance experience? No problemwell train you!

If you have customer service or sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, well teach you the rest. New team members start with a base salary and have the opportunity to earn additional compensation in their first year.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
