Pay is $37 per hour

As a Financial Applications Analyst, you will have the opportunity to :
This role will be to provide timekeeping support using written procedures to complete daily, weekly, and / or annual processes.
Manage (ETS Support) timekeeping email inbox
Create annual holiday calendars
Grant authorization to approve time sheets
Complete craft labor interfacing & other deliverables
Identifies system issues and facilitates coordination of resolution
Provides general guidance for global timesheet questions & requests
Maintains / updates timekeeping SharePoint page
Fields basic timesheet revision request in partnership with the PPM Support Group
Monitors integration in and out of timekeeping system
Partners with business leaders to document standard operating procedures based on enhancement changes
Audits adherence to timekeeping policies and works with cross functional areas to ensure compliance
Complete ad hoc reporting requests from business partners
Key Responsibilities
Production Support :
Review assignment changes, such as terminations or transfers, to ensure all time sheets are completed correctly in timekeeping system.
Research and review timesheets for completion and policy adherence.
Gathers requirements for approved minor enhancements to current timekeeping system, submits data requirements, and completes testing as required.
Document any system changes, specifically related to system enhancements.
Provides daily functional support to end users, including data reconciliation and module specific support.
Security :
Process approved security requests.
Ensure adherence to necessary procedures by the user community.
System / Software Changes :
Research and document minor enhancements or change requests.
May work with internal clients to identify business needs.
Participate in executing project plan including enhancements, implementations, migrations and upgrades related activities.
Updates standard operating procedures based on minor enhancements or changes.
Reviews testing needs, creates testing scenarios, and completes testing for minor tasks. Enhancements or change requests.
Compliance :
Serves as a specialist having technical knowledge.
System / Software Changes :
Collection and documentation of high-level system change and enhancement requests. May review and prioritize system change and enhancement requests. May work with internal clients to identify business needs.
Participate in execution of project plan including enhancements, implementations, migrations, and upgrades related activities.
Updating and reviewing user documentation.
Assesses and reviews testing needs, builds testing scenarios and documents testing for system changes.

Education :
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or equivalent experience. Typically, 2+ years related experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any / all the following : criminal / civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
