What To Expect From Our Roles :

Hospitality – Cashier (Front of House)

• Attitude : Set the Guest-First Tone

Great guest experiences start with you. Your positive, guest-focused attitude sets the vibe for the entire team.

Guests won’t wait — and neither can we. You’ll need to adapt quickly and solve problems on the fly. We expect you to proactively solve guest experience issues, not wait around.

Our goals aren't just about numbers — they’re about the guest experience. Speed, accuracy, friendliness, cleanliness — you’ll drive the performance that shapes their experience.

Your team and your guests are counting on you. You show up on time, fully engaged, and ready to perform.

Production – QB / Cook / SSW (Back of House)

When the orders are coming nonstop and the line is backed up, your mindset is what keeps everything together. You bring hustle, positivity, and a no-quit attitude to every shift.

We’ll teach you — but it’s on you to learn fast, adapt quickly, and stay ready. Whether it’s mastering the fryer or assembling plates at full speed; you take ownership of your role and run it like a pro.

This is high-speed, high-expectation work. Accuracy, speed, portioning, and cleanliness matter. When the kitchen flows, the guest wins.

We can't move fast if we’re short-handed. You show up on time, in uniform, and mentally dialed-in. Dependability is everything in a fast-paced kitchen — and when you're consistent, your whole team runs smoother.

Whether you're cooking, assembling, or cleaning you jump in wherever needed to keep the operation moving forward. You work fast and communicate clearly.

Preparation – Prep / Porter

You show up ready to work — no matter the task. Whether slicing produce or scrubbing floors, you attack every job with pride, urgency, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Prep and porter work isn’t just behind-the-scenes — it’s the foundation of everything we do. You’re quick to learn systems, follow recipes to the letter, and you stay two steps ahead so the kitchen never hits a slowdown.

You know what needs to be prepped and how to do it efficiently, accurately, and safely. You don’t leave until the store is fully stocked, spotless, and ready for the day. Excellence is your baseline.

We need team members who are where they’re supposed to be, on time and ready. One missed shift in prep or porter slows down the entire restaurant, reliability matters.

You communicate clearly, stay flexible, and jump in wherever needed. Whether restocking, deep cleaning, or prepping for the day, you know that when you do your job well, everyone wins.
