Practitioner Education Representative

A company is looking for a Practitioner Education Representative I to join their Provider Relations department.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to educate contracted practitioners on compliance and perform quarterly directory validation

Execute training for newly contracted practitioners and monitor feedback for process improvements

Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records of practitioner information and changes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED certificate required

2 years of progressive experience in customer service required

Specialty health care or health care experience preferred

Proficient in MS Office with experience in word processing and spreadsheet applications
