Job Skills / Requirements

As you might expect maintenance repairs and services will be at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all internal and external customer.
• Ensure all facility systems and other equipment are performing at optimal levels by performing routine preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include : repairing drywall painting and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Examples may include : fixing leaking faucets replacing light switch or outlet unclogging drains / toilets.
• Occasionally build furniture. Examples : carts bookshelves desk.
• Move and arrange desks furniture and partitions when needed.
• Perform other related duties and activities as required.
