Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

to join their dynamic team.

In this impactful role, you will design, build, and deploy AI projects end-to-end — from applied machine learning models in production to cutting-edge generative AI and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs). Responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems and power new product features.

Design and implement generative AI solutions; fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases and applications.

Collaborate with engineers to integrate ML models into production (MLOps) and continuously improve model performance.

Analyze large datasets to extract insights, guide model development, and inform business decisions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and experiment with new techniques to keep our solutions state-of-the-art.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering, building and deploying ML models.

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); familiarity with generative AI or LLM fine-tuning is a plus.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and statistical techniques.

Experience deploying models in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and using MLOps tools for CI / CD.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
