Are you a marketing powerhouse ready to make waves in healthcare? We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can craft and execute bold marketing strategies, build strong community partnerships, and boost our patient census — all while representing our mission with passion and professionalism.

What You’ll Own:

• Develop and roll out dynamic marketing plans that spotlight our facility and services

• Forge and nurture strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice, and Home Care partners

• Drive admissions by ensuring smooth, informed transitions from home, hospital, or other facilities

• Manage all aspects of the admission documentation process with precision and care

• Be the face of our brand in the community, creating trust and lasting connections

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 3+ years marketing management experience in healthcare

• Proven success as a Marketing Director in Skilled Nursing

• Skilled in aggressive yet tactful marketing and relationship-building

• Ready to travel locally about 80% of the time to build and maintain vital partnerships
