THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE IS FOR YOU IF :

THE ROLE : As a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you will be responsible for :

Customer Relations & Sales :

• Retaining customers and managing all aspects of customer relations.
• Conducting physical property inspections.
• Maintaining consistent communication with customers.

Employee Management :

• Training all new hires effectively.
• Managing time efficiently to optimize productivity.
• Collaborating with leadership to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for personnel management.
• Promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence in commercial landscape maintenance.

Equipment Management :

• Ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment to minimize repair needs.
• Training personnel on equipment use and maintenance best practices.
• Conducting weekly truck inspections and ensuring organization and cleanliness.
• Completing weekly inspection sheets.
