Prepare, record, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers or distributors

Ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner and that all necessary documents are complete and accurate

Responsible for maintaining detailed records of warranty claims, including processed, filed, and outstanding claims

Track status of claims and ensure all interactions are well documented

Communicate with service departments and manufacturers

Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any issues related to rejected or incomplete claims

Keep up-to-date with factory recalls, bulletins, and changes in warranty policies

Precision in processing warranty paperwork is essential to avoid costly errors and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements

Strong interpersonal skills are necessary

Familiarity with various software systems for managing warranty claims is critical for efficient operations
