What You’ll Do

Develop sales strategies to attract and retain clients

Prospect through networking, referrals, and community events

Present tailored insurance packages (Home / Auto / Umbrella)

Provide excellent customer service and resolve client needs

Keep records organized and accurate in our system

Collaborate with the agency team on marketing and outreach

Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Follow Farm Bureau and state insurance guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Active

Michigan Property & Casualty License

(required)

Life & Health License preferred

Proven sales experience (insurance, financial, or retail preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
