LHH is currently searching for a Legal Marketing & Business Development Specialist for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of marketing and business development experience within a professional services environment (preferably legal). This is a hybrid opportunity at our client's office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities :
- Create and execute local marketing strategies in partnership with senior management.
- Leverage personal and firm contacts to build relationships with clients and prospects.
- Design and coordinate events and meetings to facilitate introductions and strengthen client relationships.
- Identify and recommend activities, thought leadership, and engagement opportunities for attorneys in driver practice areas.
- Monitor competitive positioning to inform recommendations and marketing initiatives.
- Manage office marketing budgets and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and track partnerships with professional, civic, industry, and educational organizations; identify leadership, speaking, and membership opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted list development, communications, and promotions.
- Conduct data entry for ROI analysis and relationship management.
- Stay abreast of legal and business market trends and best practices in legal marketing.
- Participate in regular meetings with shareholders and committees to foster effective communication and support brand awareness initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.Prior law firm experience preferred, professional services experience required.Demonstrated ownership of strategic initiatives and ability to generate solutions aligning with organizational goals.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism and client service orientation.Proven experience in budget management and cost-effective strategy implementation.Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work harmoniously with others and under pressure.Self-motivated team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Proven track record of managing multiple projects / events with competing deadlines.Ability to work hybrid at our client's office in the Dallas area.If this role sounds like a fit for you and you meet the above qualifications, please apply now for consideration.
Pay Details : $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
