Capistrano Volkswagen is one of the busiest Dealers in San Juan Capistrano! With so many VW vehicles to service, we need good technicians like you to join our team.

We have DOUBLED our CUSTOMER PAY HOURS and we want you to benefit from that growth.

Pay Scale :  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between  $33.00 -$45.00+  plus production bonuses and aggressive spiff program.

We make the transition easy as possible :

• We pay all your toolbox relocation expenses
• We will honor any prearranged vacation days

What we offer :

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.

Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
