Bilingual Program Assistant
Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Program Assistant to join their vibrant team at a leading workforce development organization. Compensation : $23 / hour
This is a contract position, onsite in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities :
- Establish rapport with visitors and clients, delivering courteous and efficient assistance in person and remotely.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all program offerings and procedures to accurately guide clients toward appropriate services.
- Welcome and assist customers, notifying relevant staff of arrivals and addressing their inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, keeping informational materials current and accessible.
- Manage telephone triage, redirect calls, and handle emails with professionalism.
- Handle data entry tasks, update client records, and retrieve information using company and state databases.
- Prepare and distribute documents, copies, faxes, and correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate appointment schedules and support administrative functions to ensure office efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest innovative solutions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of relevant customer service and administrative experience.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.Comfort working with a multicultural client base, including individuals facing barriers to employment and English language challenges.Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.Our Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging
