What You'll Do Every Day :

• Be the Bridge Between Customer and Technician : Ensure clear communication of customer concerns and technician recommendations, creating a seamless service experience.
• Craft Accurate Service Estimates : Calculate costs for parts, labor, and deductibles to provide transparent and trustworthy pricing.
• Manage Repair Orders with Precision : Prepare and process ROs, obtain approvals, and maintain accurate records in our service database.
• Deliver Insightful Vehicle Consultations : Explain inspection results and recommend additional services with confidence and clarity.
• Navigate Warranty Administration : Handle manufacturer warranty claims for qualifying repairs with attention to detail.
• Keep Customers Informed and Engaged : Share service specials, timelines, and expenses to ensure customers feel valued and informed.
