Chesapeake Search Partners has partnered with a growing not-for-profit organization to identify a Financial Analyst. This role supports an expanding FP&A function within a complex, multi-entity environment. The Financial Analyst will focus on modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational reporting for a behavioral health entity, while also contributing to strategic finance initiatives, including support for acquisitions activities. This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional seeking visibility, cross-functional exposure, and long-term growth within a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Report and evaluate financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and guide the cost analysis process
  • Participate in budgeting & short / long term planning
  • Identify and drive process improvements and increase productivity
  • Develop and track key affiliate and / or division KPI / metrics in coordination with operations and finance
  • Perform internal audits
  • Perform general ledger analysis and other corporate accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications :

  • 5 plus years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles
  • Healthcare and / or behavioral healthcare preferred
  • Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling capabilities
  • Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
  • Experience with multi-entity environments or M&A-related work is a plus
