[job_card.job_description]Applies behavior principles consistently in all interactions with clients and takes accurate and reliable data for all areas of treatment Consistently implements Individualized Treatment Plans and other instructional activities under the direction of the BCBAs and / or Program Supervisors Assists clients in acquiring academic and / or appropriate life skills. This may include toilet training, eating, and other self-help skills Actively participates in staff training programs, meetings, fundraisers, and other events Communicate in a professional and respectful manner with parents, behavior analysts / program supervisors, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and administrative staff Effectively responds to and manages crises, which may include client physical aggression Follows Wild Sun Behavioral Services, LLCs policies and procedures Fun team-building meetings and events We value our employees as much as our clients. Free supervision hours for BCBA students 3.5-hour block scheduling (fewer clients, more hours, and less travel) We limit drive time by keeping a small service radius Our BCBAs provide consistent supervision, so you feel well-supported and confident about the work you are doing We emphasize ethical practices above all else Medical, dental, and vision coverage (Full-Time Employees) Paid Time Off Holidays off $600 bonus if RBT certification is obtained within the first 90 days after hire Annual performance review with pay increaseopportunities Pay rate between $22-$28 once RBT credential is obtained

Job Overview : Behavior Technicians are trained to implement 1 : 1 behavioral intervention programs for children in our early intervention clinic, home, community, and school settings.Behavior Technicians will participate in a training program that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, management of maladaptive behaviors, social skills development, and data collection techniques. Training opportunities continue throughout employment as our Behavior Technicians receive ongoing supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a human services field is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance and drivers license
- Must pass a criminal background check
