POSITION OVERVIEW

The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the Business Office, supporting the Director of Human Resources in managing HR operations for faculty, staff, and administrators. This role provides leadership and oversight to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and leaves administration. The HR Manager also serves as a resource for employee relations and policy guidance, and works to ensure that HR practices support the school’s mission and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Oversight & Compliance

• In partnership with the HR Director, ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws, including wage / hour regulations, Cal / OSHA, and mandated trainings.
• Review HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook; recommend updates as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Salary range from $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and qualification.
