A company is looking for a Part-Time Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments and design high-quality learning content using adult learning principles
Administer compliance training programs and maintain communication with external vendors
Facilitate onboarding processes and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in learning and development and instructional design
Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions
Experience with LMS / LXP administration
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
