Job Overview

We are seeking Mental Health providers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) or Licensed Psychologists and Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to clients, including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning.

Duties

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Develop treatment plans based on clinical assessments
  • Implement behavioral therapy techniques utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of Psychotherapy

Experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to patients.
  • Agree to use our Electronic Health Record for patient charting
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and caregivers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in CBT and geriatric mental health care.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current and valid licensed psychologist Certifications LCSW license, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of NY
  • Experience providing CBT
  • Strong understanding of the unique mental health needs of the elderly population.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
