Benefits Verification Manager

A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Manager to support VOB operations and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the benefits team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Oversee the daily execution of Verifications of Benefits (VOBs) ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align benefits strategy with patient access and financial outcomes

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Verifications of Benefits (VOB) within behavioral health or healthcare

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with direct supervision of staff

Demonstrated success in building operational workflows and process documentation

Experience managing and reporting on KPIs and productivity metrics

Strong understanding of payer requirements and behavioral health benefits
