A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Ledger Specialist to manage ledgers through the bankruptcy process for residential mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and complete ledgers for all bankruptcy processes, ensuring high accuracy

Verify borrower payment history and resolve discrepancies in payment postings

Respond to inquiries from bankruptcy attorneys and internal departments regarding mortgage accounts

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Three to five (3-5) years of bankruptcy experience in the mortgage industry

A minimum of two (2) years of experience balancing ledgers

Knowledge of building payment history
