Account Development Executive

As an Account Development Executive, you'll be on the front linesbuilding relationships, driving growth, and helping businesses unlock new revenue opportunities. This is a dynamic, field-based role where you'll connect with business owners, share the benefits of joining our program, and guide them through the onboarding process. What You'll Do :

• Hit the road and visit prospective businesses in targeted towns (up to 2 hours driving distance).
• Pitch an exciting new delivery program and spark interest among local business owners.
• Qualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process.
• Track leads and manage your pipeline using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with your Field Manager to plan and host community recruitment events (think lunch-and-learns, town halls, coffee chats).
• Build relationships with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development groups.
• Keep data organized by importing spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.

What We're Looking For :

12 years of experience in sales or customer service.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Field sales experience is a plus.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems (Salesforce experience preferred).

Professional, enthusiastic, and highly organized with a sense of urgency.

Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
