Key Responsibilities

Utilize route management software to schedule and coordinate specimen pickups

Manage high volume email and phone traffic to coordinate resources effectively

Problem solve and provide resolutions for specimen-related issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in logistics, customer service, or operations

Experience in a medical courier environment is preferred

Familiarity with route management software is a plus

Basic computer and typing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
