    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    Access Global Group is adding a Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to our delivery team. This role will focus on leading MDM initiatives, ensuring data quality and governance across enterprise systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze master data to identify trends and patterns that enhance business processes and decision-making, providing expert guidance on MDM best practices
  • Develop and maintain applications using Semarchy MDM tools, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with MDM protocols
  • Design, deploy, and optimize data pipelines in Azure using tools such as ADF, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake to achieve high performance and scalability
  • Lead and manage teams, providing strategic planning and oversight to align with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiating and influencing critical decisions while clearly articulating the benefits and constraints of technology solutions

    • REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Master Data Management, with hands-on operational experience in data stewardship and product ownership
  • Proficient in data engineering skillsets, including experience with cloud data pipelines and tools such as Azure Data Factory, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management, and data governance principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Relevant certifications in MDM or data management are preferred
  • Onsite requirement : Must be able to work onsite in NY, NY 3 times per week

    • OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments, ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
