ROLE OVERVIEW
Pivot Energy is seeking a team-oriented Territory Manager, Site Origination, who will be responsible for early-stage site acquisition and project development efforts in Colorado and potentially other markets. The Territory Manager will assess solar land sites, initiate outreach efforts to prospective landowners, conduct introductory phone calls with prospective landowners, and negotiate and process leases for signatures.
There are many moving pieces to developing solar projects, and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and communicate effectively is paramount. The Project Development – Origination team is hardworking and relationally-driven, and the ideal candidate embodies these characteristics.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,0000-$120,000, along with eligibility for the company’s substantial bonus plan and commission plan with a target bonus of 20% of annual salary (prorated in the first year based on start date). Compensation will be based on factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
