Consumer Litigation Counsel

A company is looking for a Consumer Litigation Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, including drafting motions and pleadings

Negotiate settlements and handle court appearances while preparing cases for trial

Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and maintain substantive client contact

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably with single plaintiff work

Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation and / or other consumer litigation preferred

Top law firm experience or a combination of law firm and in-house experience

Strong work ethic with the ability to drive cases to resolution

Excellent academic credentials
