Job Details

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney.
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven background in civil, bankruptcy, mechanics lien, foreclosure, and construction.
• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and relationships simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
• Knowledge of the Tech Services industry is a plus.
