Key Responsibilities

Elevate design into a strategic, high-impact function and define a clear, actionable design vision and roadmap

Lead design strategy across the product portfolio and ensure coherence and usability in the end-to-end experience

Manage and mentor the design team while fostering a creative, high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

8+ years in UX / UI or Product Design, specifically in B2B SaaS, with leadership experience

Proven track record of leading design teams in fast-paced, agile environments

Experience in elevating a nascent UX function into a strategic capability

Hands-on proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma

Skilled in user research, usability testing, and analytics
