10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in the Fishers, Indiana area (greater Indianapolis metropolitan area). Opportunities are available to recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience who qualify for the company’s paid Class A training program. Positions include OTR, regional, and dedicated fleet assignments, with operations primarily east of I-35. Training program (for eligible candidates)
- Paid three- to five-week program for recent CDL graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction.
- Instruction covers safe tractor-trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and company procedures.
- Progress is evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments prior to assignment of independent runs.
Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
- Transport primarily no-touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop-and-hook) across the Eastern U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on-time performance.
- Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report vehicle defects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate driving records, logs, and trip documentation in accordance with ELD and company procedures.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel as required.
